Challenge:

Teach Plus needed their 2021 annual report to present complex educational data in a visually compelling way—one that would engage stakeholders and center the voices and experiences of educators.

Approach:

  • Led with a “Celebrating Educators” narrative, using bold visuals and human-centered imagery

  • Introduced dynamic layouts with pull quotes, data visualizations, and profile highlights to balance emotional stories and factual content

  • Delivered multiple cover concepts (“Vibrant,” “Dynamic,” “Standout”) before settling on a design that encapsulated educator pride
